IMO Yes...The mistake was made early on by Mr.Neil Furgeson & his lab, the media got a hold of it all & ran with it, leaving the politicians no choice but to take-hold of the baton, & run-with-it too....

Meanwhile, "they" also figured that there was $$$ to be made, new imposing laws to be managed, & that they have the power to milk-this Covid-Cow for all it's worth, because we-the-people swallowed it.

I'd suggest that the "Higher Courts" are there for selecting a re-assessment of a lower courts decision...For a huge price of course...

Respectfully however, the system is rigged & very dodgy in the US-of-A. I'd avoid the courts at all costs where possible.

How can a person have a balanced & fair trial / hearing with so much media bias ??? And then you have a defendant who's happy to "tweet" or what ever on social media platforms etc etc.

It's a game that's being played by all, as a distraction from the real atrocities going-on around the world imo

I did read that Mr,Trumpdt is also in-the-shyte for a couple of documents found in his "basement" pertaining to "nuclear secrets", bla. bla. bla...

If a so-called world super-power hasn't made the arrangement of refreshing its nuclear-secrets at the end of each POTUS's term, than its asking for trouble.

No POTUS, even criminal Mr.Trumpdt should be able to be prosecuted for knowledge gained or recorded about "secrets of state". That would be really *ucking stupid...
